These terms apply to everyone who uses owlschoolhouse.com (the "Site"), whether browsing or signed in. By using the Site you accept them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

1. Who we are

2. Using the Site fairly

• Use the Site only for lawful, personal and educational purposes.
• Do not try to gain unauthorised access, introduce viruses, copy our content at scale, or interfere with how the Site works (the Computer Misuse Act 1990 makes much of this a criminal offence).
• Keep any password or sign-in details confidential. Adult account holders are responsible for their account. Children never have accounts on our Site.

3. Our content belongs to us

Everything on the Site — stories, artwork, characters, songs, videos, worksheets, games and software — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright. “OwlSchoolHouse”, “Owl School House” and the Owl logo are trade marks of STORYC LTD; you may not use them without our prior written permission. You may view, print and use it with your child as the Site intends. You may not republish, resell or redistribute it. Materials we expressly provide for download and keeping (for example a purchased pack, or a child's Forest keepsake) may be kept and used at home forever.

4. Accounts, purchases and subscriptions

Purchase, subscription, refund and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.

5. What we do not promise

• The Site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Educational content supports learning at home; it is not formal schooling, professional or legal advice.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience — we are not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

We do not exclude anything the law does not allow us to exclude (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page. The version on the Site when you use it is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
